On March 25, 2020, the order was given to initiate confinement throughout Colombia. Our entire lives changed dramatically and unexpectedly. Uncertainty. prohibitions. restrictions. Shortage. Paralysis. The global pandemic was a scenario for adaptation and learning that allowed me to reflect on the changes that were taking place in the day-to-day lives of men and women in the world and the new realities that would land as a result of the phenomenon. And the clients?, and the service?, and that passion to live for others?, and the companies and their suppliers?, and the multinational?, and the small business on the corner?, What about the family business on which all its members depend? Those were some of the concerns that arose as a result of such drastic but necessary determination.
